SODEICO, a recruitment company, is recruiting a «  Corporate Specialist » to be responsible for managing, responsible Responsible to carry out sales activities to grow and maintain the customer Mobile and Fixe base in accordance with agreed company business plan and target and to be responsible for particular corporate sectors and portfolio.

The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Manager

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Do regular sales visits to corporate or customers for data and postpaid sales products acquisition
• Must understand the financial year target fixed by the company (Target per sector, per individual…)
• Assist with corporate retention and pay close attention to corporate and customers’ needs
• Ensure that a weekly prospecting list is drafted and sent at the beginning of each week to the management
• Must have empathy for corporate and customers
• Assist with sales of various broadband solutions(Mobile-Postpaid,Wimax,VL,PABX,Voip, Fiber Optic,VSAT,M2M…)products
• Make sure that Vodacom offers meet customers’ expectations
• Participate to EBU revenue growth
• Sales of VSAT solutions to corporate
• Pay  attention to competition activities and do recommendations on data markets evolution
• Assist to sales meeting with corporate and customers
• Make sure that accurate corporate or customers’ requirements are  reported to presales , to their line managers and solutions  &architecture design team
• Interact  with presales, solution architecture design team to have proposals drafted then distributed to potential corporate or customers
• Assist with data and postpaid products presentation to customers and corporate if required
• Attend to EBU division meetings on weekly basis if required
• Attend to sales performance meetings and bring their  individual sales achievements to this meeting on weekly
• Have good understanding of all existing data products and new data products developed by the company
• Interact with ADMIN, Credit Control &EBU support divisions for customers queries resolutions
• Keep good relationship with corporate and customers
• Implement sales strategies recommended by the EBU corporate sales management
• Ensure that all retention strategies are followed closely for corporate retention
• Daily,Weekly and Montly reporting on sales activities
• Do DRC Pipeline update on daily basis
• And all task required link to the position

• Good skill in Business analysis principles and technique
• Degree (Economics and/ or Finance/or Accounting)
• 3-5 years business, management and information technology experience
• Experience in the management of highly skilled business and information technology staff in a complex, highly flexible and changing environmenSpeak and write fluently French and English

– Knowledge of national languages ​​is an assetVery good knowledge of finance process
